Starts with a structured loosening routine for
developing relaxation and flexibility in the joints. This low impact and
slow motion exercise also enhances the blood circulation and relieves stress.
Learn the secrets of relaxation and mental control through the postures and movements of
Tai Chi. You will learn how to improve balance, concentration, and breath
control. This course is very easy to do and in each class you'll receive
personal attention to suit your needs. Anyone, no matter what age, will quickly discover
the ease of Tai Chi.
Comprises five areas of study: basics, combinations, self
defense, sports training, and forms. Each section of training enhances one's
ability for self defense and total body fitness. The classes also teach how
to develop concentration, mental control, and self-confidence. In each class,
you'll learn a structured and easy-to-do stretching and conditioning routine
that includes Chi Kung breathing for improving your health. Next, you'll
concentrate on one section of training and learn to move smoothly and gracefully
while maintaining balance and developing coordination. Our class design gives students individual attention and enables
anyone to learn and develop mentally and physically in a very safe and supervised
Classes are $60/month for 1 person. $30 for an additional person and $15 for the 2nd additional person. There are no contracts to sign.
We are a non-profit school; all fees go towards maintaining the school.
The school is located at 3336 Williamson RD, at the intersection of Williamson Rd and Huntington; on the corner opposite of the Suntrust Bank, right behind Command Center.
